個人簡介

陸飛,博士,副教授/碩士生導(dǎo)師。中國科學院化學研究所博士后,本科、碩士與博士畢業(yè)于天津工業(yè)大學;先后主持/參研多項科研項目,包括國家自然科學基金、重慶自然科學基金、中央高校基本業(yè)務(wù)費項目等;在Advanced Fiber Materials, Carbohydrate Polymers, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等國際知名期刊上發(fā)表SCI收錄論文50余篇,其中ESI高被引論文1篇,他引1900余次,H指數(shù)26;授權(quán)/申請國家發(fā)明專利10余項。

陸飛博士主要從事紡織科學,材料科學,化學,生物學前沿交叉研究,并圍繞(1)生物質(zhì)纖維材料,(2)生物醫(yī)用高分子材料,(3)多糖類材料流變特性及表界面調(diào)控展開工作。實驗室主要致力于用物理與化學方法設(shè)計具有特殊功能表界面結(jié)構(gòu)的生物質(zhì)材料,用以解決創(chuàng)面愈合,創(chuàng)傷止血及血栓溶栓方面的問題。研究方向包括但不限于:

1)通過先進成型方法(例如靜電紡和溶液噴射)構(gòu)建納微纖維材料,并對其表面進行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和調(diào)控,獲得具有多功能協(xié)同作用的表界面,以期實現(xiàn)對創(chuàng)傷的高效止血與快速愈合;

2)針對體內(nèi)出血點與血栓微環(huán)境的特點,通過化學合成、修飾、層層組裝等方法構(gòu)筑具有自適應(yīng)調(diào)控特征的納米載藥體系,實現(xiàn)藥物的高效負載、以及對出血/血栓點的精準靶向與可控釋藥。
