Abstract
MXene has excellent
electrical conductivity, abundant surface functional groups and wonderful
film-forming properties, but the lamellar layers are prone to self-stacking
during film formation, which will reduce the loss of electromagnetic waves,
hinder ion transmission, and limit the effective load of other functional
materials. The construction of the porous structure can effectively solve the
self-stacking problem of MXene sheets. This article reviews the research
progress of MXene porous films for electromagnetic interference (EMI)
shielding, lithium/sodium ion batteries, pseudocapacitors, and biomedical
science applications. It focuses on the preparation methods of MXene porous
films, and discusses the pore-forming mechanisms of the porous structure formed
by different preparation methods and the internal relationship between the
"microstructure-macro performance" of the MXene porous films, points
out the key scientific and technical bottlenecks that need to be solved
urgently in the preparation and application of the MXene porous films. It is
hoped to provide certain guidance for the design, preparation, optimization,
industrial application and development of MXene porous films.
MXene具有優(yōu)異的導(dǎo)電性、豐富的表面官能團(tuán)以及極佳的成膜性,但成膜時(shí)片層極易發(fā)生自堆疊,會(huì)降低其對(duì)電磁波的損耗、阻礙離子傳輸,還會(huì)限制其它功能材料的有效負(fù)載。多孔結(jié)構(gòu)的構(gòu)建可以有效解決MXene片層的自堆疊問(wèn)題。本文綜述了電磁干擾(EMI)屏蔽、鋰/鈉離子電池、贗電容器和生物醫(yī)用領(lǐng)域用MXene多孔膜的研究進(jìn)展,著重介紹了MXene多孔膜的制備方法,探討了不同制備方法形成多孔結(jié)構(gòu)的成孔機(jī)理以及MXene多孔膜“微觀結(jié)構(gòu)-宏觀性能”的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,指出了MXene多孔膜在制備以及應(yīng)用過(guò)程中亟待解決的關(guān)鍵科學(xué)和技術(shù)瓶頸問(wèn)題,希冀能為MXene多孔膜的設(shè)計(jì)制備優(yōu)化、工業(yè)化應(yīng)用及發(fā)展提供一定的指導(dǎo)。
