廢棄聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯升級再造為碳材料和金屬-有機框架材料

摘要:伴隨著聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)被廣泛應用于飲料瓶、紡織、薄膜和合成纖維,大量廢棄 PET制品造成的環境污染問題日益突出。將廢棄PET升級化學回收制備高附加值產品是解決廢棄PET環境污染問題及使資源可持續發展的重要技術。結合本研究組在該領域的工作,本文介紹了近年來廢棄 PET高值化制備多孔碳和金屬-有機框架材料(MOF)的研究進展,歸納了不同類型多孔碳和MOF的制備方法,總結了PET降解和碳化反應的影響因素和反應機理,概述了所制備的多孔碳和MOF在太陽能界面水蒸發以及與光催化降解污染物、熱電發電集成中的應用,對未來的發展方向進行了展望。

Abstract: With the widespread application of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) in beverage bottles, textiles, film, and synthetic fibers, the environmental pollution caused by discarded PET products is becoming increasingly prominent. Chemical upcycling of waste PET to prepare high value-added materials is an important technology to solve the environmental pollution problem of waste PET and ensure sustainable development of resources. Based on the work of our research group in this field, this article introduces the research progress on the preparation of high-value porous carbon and metal-organic framework (MOF) material from waste PET in recent years, summarizes the preparation methods of different types of porous carbon and MOF, introduces the influencing factors and reaction mechanisms of PET degradation and carbonization reaction, and discusses the applications of the prepared porous carbon and MOF in interfacial solar-driven water evaporation and its integration with photocatalytic degradation of pollutants and thermoelectric power generation. Prospects are made for the future development direction.
