功能性高分子微球在質子交換膜中的應用性能的研究進展

不同拓撲結構和化學結構的高分子微球具有不同的物理化學特性與功能。本文介紹了功能高分子微球的設計、制備、與表征;總結了高分子微球作為功能性組份與質子傳導性聚合物膜進行共混而制備了復合膜,作為質子交換膜的應用性能方面的研究進展,解決了質子交換膜的阻醇性能差和質子傳遞率低的關鍵問題。通過功能性高分子微球分散于質子傳導性聚合物膜基質中,使得復合膜不但具有高的甲醇阻透性能,而且在低濕度下具有良好的保水性能,從而在質子傳遞性能方面發揮著重要作用。

Polymer microspheres with different morphology and structure have various physico-chemical properties and functions. The design, synthesis and characterization of the functional polymer microspheres is briefly introduced. This paper summarizes the research progress on design, synthesis, characterization and application of the functional polymer microspheres incorporated proton exchange membrane for fuel cell. The resultant composite proton exchange membranes exhibit high proton conductivity, good methanol barrier property due to their high uptake and good water retention under low humidity.
