于明明,教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。
1998年畢業(yè)于吉林大學(xué)。2005年5月于中科院理化所獲博士學(xué)位。清華大學(xué)化學(xué)系博士后工作后,2007年到鄭州大學(xué)工作。先后被評為校級青年骨干教師、省級青年骨干教師。2017年8月-2018年8月在美國新澤西理工學(xué)院進(jìn)行訪學(xué)研究。
主要從事生物熒光分子探針和熒光高分子的研究。任職以來主持國家自然科學(xué)基金兩項(xiàng),參與一項(xiàng),在Org. Lett.、Chem. Commun.、Inorg. Chem.、Langmuir、Anal. Chem.、J. Mater.
Chem. C等雜志上發(fā)表論文四十余篇。2010年9月發(fā)表在Chem. Commun.的論文下載次數(shù)為當(dāng)月該雜志的第三。2012年9月發(fā)表在New J. Chem.的文章為當(dāng)月該雜志下載次數(shù)Top-Ten的第一。為Biosensors
and Bioelectronics、Sensors and Actuators B、Analytica
Chimica Acta、Dyes and Pigments等雜志的審稿人,2019年開始為“中國化學(xué)快報(bào)”青年編委。

生物熒光探針
研究具有高靈敏性、快速響應(yīng)、高空間分辨率的熒光小分子、納米復(fù)合物和生物高分子探針,探討探針的識別機(jī)制,用于生物體內(nèi)一些重要生理過程生命相關(guān)的熒光成像。
熒光功能高分子材料
研究高分子的熒光響應(yīng)、能量傳遞、生物模擬以及高分子結(jié)構(gòu)與熒光相互作用的規(guī)律。這方面研究期望用于熒光離子捕獲、熒光染料以及生物標(biāo)記與藥物輸運(yùn)領(lǐng)域。
