欒惠新，女，1997年7月生，山東煙臺人，2020年畢業(yè)于青島理工大學(xué)自動(dòng)化專業(yè)，獲學(xué)士學(xué)位?，F(xiàn)為中國石油大學(xué)（華東）電子信息專業(yè)2020級碩士研究生，從事微納材料與先進(jìn)傳感器、檢測技術(shù)與自動(dòng)化裝置、測試計(jì)量技術(shù)及儀器等研究。2023年6月畢業(yè)后就職于山東省青島市海信集團(tuán)。
