Four different types of spherulites of microcrystalline cellulose were prepared using vapor precipitation with proper humidity at various temperatures from concentrated microcrystalline cellulose/1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride solutions.

本文通過(guò)蒸汽沉淀法在纖維素/離子液體濃溶液中成功制備出了纖維素球晶,并通過(guò)偏光顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和X射線衍射對(duì)球晶形貌和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了深入研究。偏光顯微鏡結(jié)果表明,在不同濃度和溫度下,可以生成四種不同的球晶:環(huán)帶正球晶、環(huán)帶負(fù)球晶、非環(huán)帶正球晶和非環(huán)帶負(fù)球晶。環(huán)帶球晶的環(huán)間距和球晶尺寸隨著結(jié)晶溫度的升高而增加,同時(shí)所有球晶的大小都隨溶液濃度的的增加而增加,表明濃度影響著纖維素分子鏈的重排從而決定了球晶正負(fù),而溫度影響了片晶的扭曲從而決定了環(huán)帶球晶的生成。掃描電鏡結(jié)果表明正負(fù)環(huán)帶球晶是由于球晶生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中片晶扭曲的方向不同而造成的,而非環(huán)帶球晶則成明顯的捆束狀結(jié)構(gòu)。X射線衍射結(jié)果表明,所得四種纖維素球晶均為纖維素II晶型,且衍射強(qiáng)度比快速沉淀法制備的再生纖維素大大增強(qiáng),特征衍射峰也變得更加尖銳。
