科研小組在“省青基”(2016JQ5036)資助下取得系列進(jìn)展
兩年來,科研小組在陜西省自然科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)研究計劃(省青基,2016.01~2017.12,已結(jié)題)的大力支持下,圍繞凝膠材料的可控構(gòu)筑、結(jié)構(gòu)-性能關(guān)系及其在柔性電子領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用開展研究工作,并積極與不同學(xué)科研究者及兄弟院校開展合作交流,取得了系列進(jìn)展。主要包括:
(1)基于雙重協(xié)同導(dǎo)電水凝膠網(wǎng)絡(luò),構(gòu)筑了具有可拉伸性、熱響應(yīng)性和導(dǎo)電性的凝膠材料,并將這種材料成功應(yīng)用于應(yīng)變傳感器和溫度警報體系中。該成果發(fā)表于ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces(參考文獻(xiàn)1)。
(2)針對導(dǎo)電水凝膠拉伸性能及應(yīng)變傳感范圍受限的問題,成功構(gòu)筑PAA/PANI水凝膠體系,實現(xiàn)了超高應(yīng)變(1130%)的檢測,并進(jìn)一步探索其在手指彎曲,吞咽,手勢等人體動作的檢測。相關(guān)成果發(fā)表于Journal of Materials Chemistry C(參考文獻(xiàn)2)。
(3)提出以共聚物膠束交聯(lián)點和離子作用、氫鍵為共交聯(lián)點構(gòu)筑水凝膠的思路,建立了一種高強(qiáng)度、高韌性、良好恢復(fù)性等綜合機(jī)械性能優(yōu)異的水凝膠材料構(gòu)筑方法。同時,通過研究材料微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及力學(xué)性能演變規(guī)律揭示了水凝膠中“彈簧”效應(yīng)和“拉鏈”效應(yīng)雙重強(qiáng)韌機(jī)制。相關(guān)研究結(jié)果發(fā)表在Macromolecular Materials & Engineering,其中一部分工作被選為當(dāng)期封面(參考文獻(xiàn)3,4)。
(4)提出以柚子皮和水為原料,通過水熱反應(yīng)和冷凍干燥技術(shù)制備具有多級孔結(jié)構(gòu)的富碳水/氣凝膠的方法。由于這種氣凝膠材料具有多級孔結(jié)構(gòu),對模擬廢水中有機(jī)污染物如亞甲基藍(lán)(MB),甲基橙(MO),結(jié)晶紫(CV)具有快速且高效的吸附能力。相關(guān)研究結(jié)果發(fā)表在Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry(參考文獻(xiàn)5)。
(5)以共聚物膠束為交聯(lián)點,通過光固化的方法構(gòu)筑了Poly(NIPAAm-co-Ru(bpy)32+)水凝膠。發(fā)現(xiàn)特殊交聯(lián)方式的引入使得凝膠表現(xiàn)出獨特的溶脹行為、機(jī)械穩(wěn)定性、熒光行為、熱敏性能以及自振蕩行為。相關(guān)研究成果已經(jīng)在Journal of Materials Science發(fā)表(參考文獻(xiàn)6)。
(6)采用RAFT聚合方法,制備了側(cè)鏈含有三聯(lián)吡啶基團(tuán)的PNIPAAm雙重響應(yīng)功能高分子材料,研究了其溫敏性及離子響應(yīng)性,為功能水凝膠材料的可控構(gòu)筑打下了基礎(chǔ)。相關(guān)結(jié)果發(fā)表在Reactive and Functional Polymers(參考文獻(xiàn)7)。
(7)與不同學(xué)科研究者及兄弟院校開展合作交流,在紙基柔性傳感器,漿料3D打印等方面取得一定進(jìn)展。相關(guān)研究結(jié)果發(fā)表在ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering,Journal of the European Ceramic Society(參考文獻(xiàn)9,10)。
本項目取得的成果總結(jié)及后續(xù)進(jìn)展:
(1)已發(fā)表研究論文13篇(見列表),其中SCI收錄論文10篇,EI收錄論文2篇,核心期刊收錄論文1篇;
(2)發(fā)表國際會議論文摘要1篇,國際會議受邀口頭報告1次,參加中國化學(xué)會學(xué)術(shù)年會1次,培養(yǎng)碩士研究生3名;
(3)在本項目基礎(chǔ)上,項目負(fù)責(zé)人周宏偉后續(xù)申請到“國家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金項目”1項,青年人才托舉計劃項目1項;
(4)項目負(fù)責(zé)人周宏偉入選陜西省高校首批“青年杰出人才支持計劃”、西安工業(yè)大學(xué)“青年英才”;
(5)項目負(fù)責(zé)人周宏偉獲得“陜西省化學(xué)優(yōu)秀青年獎”、西安工業(yè)大學(xué)“優(yōu)秀青年教師獎勵基金”。
