This paper presents an online inspection strategy for manufacturing quality control based on image recognition. Two aspects of th online inspection strategy, quality inspection strategy (QIS) and feature extraction strategy (FES), are analyzed respectively. By building up the fitting quality model and applying the programming & optimizing theory, the criterion of fitting quality judgment is solved in stochastic variable for onlime inspection. Mwanwhile, some effective measures are uzilized to obtain the inspecting features. This survey on the onlime imspection strategy might bu expanded to industrial appllication in extensive fields. |
