Forfiber-reinforcedthermoplasticcomposite,mechanicalpropertyisdirectlydecidedbyfiberorientation,whichisaffectedbymeltflowability.ItiseffectivetotestmeltflowabilityusingArchimedeanspiralmoldcl,2].Inthispaper,injectionmoldingoffiber-reinforcedthermoplasticcompositewassimulatedbyMoldflowsoftwareinArchimedeanspiralmeltfluiditytestmold.Fillingandfiberdistributioninchanneloffiber-reinforcedPPandPETwerestudiedunderdifferentprocessparameters.Theanalysisshowedthat:atthemiddle,specimen‘saveragefiberorientationwasgoodandcore-shellstructurewasnotobvious.Butclosetogate,atthefront,flow‘saveragefiberorientationwaspoorandthecore-shellstructurewasobvious.Fiberorientationofonesideofthechannelnearthegatewasworsethantheothersidebecauseoftheeffectofcentrifugalforce.Thedifferencewasmoreobviouswiththeincreasingofinjectionspeedandreducedslowlyfirstandthenincreasedinthedirectionofflow.Injectionpressureandinjectionratehadmoreeffectonthefiberorientation.
