Inthisstudy,wewilltendtosolvetheintriguingissueaboutwhetherthe"glassypolymerlayers"orcompletelyimmobilizedpolymerchainsexistaroundthefillerwhichisstillunsolved.AndnoconsistentconclusionhasbeenreachedabouttheinterfacialbehaviorofPNCs,whichimpelsustostudythepolymer-nanosheetsystems.Weuseabead-springmodelderivedfromtheonesuggestedbyKremerandGrest.Wefoundtheexistenceoftheoscillationinbead-densityprofilesnearthenanosheetsurface.Theinterfacialpolymerchainsareorientatinglyparalleltothesurface.Polymerchainsareelongatedandflattenedalongtheirellipsoidsclosetothesurface.Theglass-transitiontemperaturedecreasesforpurelyrepulsiveinteractionandincreasesforattractiveinteraction.Forthedynamicanalysisincludingspatialdistributionofthepopulationofbeads,interfacialbeadsexchangerate,desorptiondynamics,translationalandorientationmobility,thegradientofpolymerbeadsisexploredandthe"glassypolymerlayer"existsforstronglyattractiveinterfacialinteraction.Thethicknessoftheinterfaceisestimatedtobearound5a.Theformationof"glassybeadslayer"occurssuddenlywhenthepolymer-nanosheetinterfacialstrengthchangesfrom2.Oet05.Oe.Aqualitativemodelisproposedforthreedifferentinterfacialsystems.
