Inthispaper,ZrB2ceramicnanofiberswithdiametersof150250nmweresuccessfullypreparedbyelectrospinningfollowedbycalcinationat1550℃.AprecursorsolutionforelectrospinningwaspreparedusingZrClO28H2O,boricacidandsucroseasthestartingmaterials,citricacidasthecomplexingagent,andpolyvinylalcohol(PVA)asthespinningadditives.Theas-spuncompositenanofibersandZrB2ceramicnanofiberswerecharacterizedbySEM,TGandXRD,respectively.ThepreliminaryexplorationofZrB2ceramicfiberwasrealizedinthepresentstudy.
