簡介：

Copolyimidescontainingbenzimidazoleuniteswerepreparedbytwo-stepmethod.Theprecursor,Polyamicacid(PAA),hasinherentviscositiesintherangeof1.96–3.35dL/g.TheFTIRspectrumconfirmstheformationofimideringandexistenceofbenzimidazoleinpolyimidestructure.Thecopolyimideshowsexcellentthermalstabilitiesandmechanicalproperties.Glasstransitiontemperature(Tg)ofthepolymerswereintherangeof350℃-401℃.The5%weight-losstemperature(T5)and10%weight-losstemperature(T10)wereintherangeof580℃–590℃,607℃–611℃,respectively.Thepolyimidefilmspossessstrengthatbreakof134.13–208.89MPa,tensilemodulusof5.13–7.87GPaandelongation4.95%–8.61%.
