Erythromycinmolecularlyimprintedmembranes(EM-MIMs)werepreparedbywetphaseinversionfromimprintedpolymerswhichwerepreparedbyMAAasfunctionalmonomer,ANasmembranemonomerandEDMAascrosslinkerinthepresenceoferythromycinastemplate.TheinfluencesoftheproportionofEMandMAA,cross-linkinguselevel,differentinitiatorsanduselevelaswellasextractiontimeontheimprintedsitesandspecificseparationofEM-MIMsforEMwereinvestigated.TheresultsshowthatEM-MIMswereprovidedwithmoreimprintedsitesandmoreexcellentseparationpropertiesforEMwhenaddingMAA0.0461mol,EM0.724mmol,AIBNand(NH4)2S2O8each0.12gasinitiators,andthemoleratioofEDMAandMAAat5:1.Theextractionoftemplateswascarriedoutbyusingabsoluteethylalcoholaseluantandultrasonicoscillatingfor40min.
