Microfluidicchiphasbrightapplicationprospectinthefieldofchemicalandbiologicalanalysis.PMMAisthebestmaterialformicrofluidicchipfabricationbecauseofitslowcost,prominentelectrochemicalpropertiesandbiologicalcompatibility.Inthiswork,atriple-channelmicrofluidicchipwasdesigned;anickelmoldinsertwithmicrostructurewasfabricatedbyUV-LIGAtechnology,andthentheinjectionmoldwasdesignedandfabricated.Thechangeincross-sectiondimensionsofmicrochannelwaschosenasevaluatingindicator,andmicro-injectionmoldingexperimentswerecarriedout.Thentheinfluenceofprocessparametersoncrosssectiondimensionsofmicrochannelwasobservedwithmicroscope.Experimentresultsdemonstratedthatsubstrateandcoverplatecouldbemanufacturedinasingleinjectionmoldingprocessby"1+1"typemold,andthemanufacturingcyclewasreducedtolessthan20s,soproductionefficiencywasgreatlyenhanced.Bestcombinationofprocessparameterswasobtainedwhenmoldtemperaturewas80℃,melttemperaturewas250℃andinjectionratewas297mm/s.Thereby,highqualitysubstrateandcoverplatecouldbemanufacturedefficiently.
