簡(jiǎn)介：
Novelcore-sheathstructuredthermalregulatingfibers,composedofcompositephasechangematerial(CPCM)coreandpolypropylene(PP)sheath,werepreparedviameltcoaxialspinningmethod.Aconcentricspinneretwasdesignedforthismethod.Theas-spunfibersweresubjectedto5timesdryheatdrawingunder90℃.Inordertocharacterizethethermalregulatingfibers,differentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC),Fouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetricanalysis(TGA),andscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM)wereemployedtoinvestigatetheirthermalproperties,ingredientsandmorphology.Theresultsindicatedthattheresultantfibershadgoodthermalregulatingeffects,acceptablethermalstabilityandcore-sheathstructure.Thelatentheatsofmeltingandfreezingofthefiberswere74.3and70.1J/gwiththephasechangetemperaturerangesof27.80-42.25℃and31.64-19.20℃,respectively.Themechanicalpropertieswerecharacterizedbytensilestrengthtester.Thetensilestrengthandbreakageelongationwere2.32cN/dtexand41.09%,respectively.
