Polyvinylidenefluoride(PVDF)/phenolphthaleinpolyethersulfone(PES-C)flatsheetmembraneswithdifferentCaCO3contentarepreparedviathermallyinducedphaseseparation(TIPS)methodbyusingDBPasdiluentat160℃.Themembraneisappliedinmembranebioreactor(MBR)andwaterflux,structure,removalratiosofCODandNH4+–Nofmembranesareinvestigated.TheresultshowsthatpurewaterfluxandporosityofmembraneincreaseintherangeofCaCO3content0%-10%andtheydecreasefasterasthecontentofCaCO3exceeds10%.Thesewagefluxofblendmembranepreparedwith10%CaCO3contentishigherthanthatofblendmembraneandtheremovalratiosofCODandNH4+-Nhavenosignificantdifference.Itcanbeconcludedthattheblendmembranepreparedwiththe10%CaCO3contentismoresuitableforapplicationinMBR.
