Inthisstudy,mixedmatrixmembrane(MMM)adsorberswerepreparedbyincorporationofhydroxyapatite(HAP)intoapolyethersulfone(PES)porousmatrixbyanimmersionphaseseparationprocess.Dimethylacetamide(DMAc)wasusedassolventandpolyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)waspore-formingadditive.PreevaporationtimewaschangedtopreparePES/HAPMMMswithdifferentstructureandpreformance.ThestructureofMMMwascharacterizedbyporosity,meanporesizeandscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM).TheperformanceofMMMwasevaluatedbyshrinkageratio,purewaterfluxandadsorptiontoBovineserumalbumin(BSA).PurewaterfluxofMMMincreaseswiththeextensionofpreevaporationtime.ThevariationofadsorptiontoBSAissmall.
