簡介：

Thermoplasticvulcanizates(TPVs)havebeenwidelyusedasakindoftypical"green"elastomerbecauseoftheirexcellentmechanicalpropertiesandrecyclability.Uptonow,thereportedTPVwasconcentratedonmixingpetroleum-dependentpolymerssuchasethylene-propylene-dienerubber(EPDM)/polypropylene(PP).Inthisstudy,biobasedpolyesterelastomer(BPE)andbiobasedplastic(PLA)werechosenastwocomponentstoprepareanewtypedTPVderivedfromrenewableresources.Morphologydevelopmentandcrosslinkingdegreewiththereactiontimewereinvestigatedbymorpologyanalysis(B-SEM,TEM)andmeasurmentofBPEgelcontent.TheeffectsofcompositionandcuringextentonbiobasedTPVsperformances,suchasmorphology,mechanicalandtheologicalpropertieswerealsostudied.Themorpologyayalysis(B-SEM,TEM)indicatedthatcrosslinkedBPEparticlesdistrudutedatanaveragesizeof2yminmartixPLA.ThetensilestrengthandelongationatbreakincreasewithincreasingPLAcontents.NocytoxicitywasfoundforourBPE/PLATPVaccordingtocellproliferationandcellattachmentstestes.ThegoodcytocompatibilityofBPE/PLATPVmakethemsuitableforbiomedicalapplications.
