Anewtypemachineforpolyblends,withexcellentmixingcapabilitiesofinternalmixerandcontinuousformingcharacterofextruder,isintroduced.Theinternalmixerandtheextruder,whichweretwotypes’apparatusesseparately,nowarelinkedintoonemachine.Ontheotherhand,thetworotorsoftheinternalmixeraredrivenseparately.Thespeedofthetworotorsandthescrewcouldberegulatedcontinuously,whichhelptosatisfythematchingbetweentheinternalmixerandtheextruder.Atthesametime,theprocessionfromtherawmaterialstofinishedproductcanbefinishedinonemachine.Asaresult,theseries-woundmodeofproductionappearsinsteadoftheconventionalbatch-typeproductionmode,whichincreasestheefficiencyanddecreasesthecostofproduction.
