Duringthelastyearstheinterestinapreparationofpassiveelec&not；troniccomponentslikeinductivities,transformers,coresandstatorsforelectronicde&not；vicesmadeofpolymersfilledwithmagneticparticles(po&not；ly&not；merbondedsoftmagneticcomposites,PBSMC)isgrowingbecauseextrusioncompoundingandinjectionmoul&not；dingpromisesacheapandreliablepreparationmethodandalsounusualgeometricshapesarepossible[1-5].WhilepolymerswithhardmagneticparticlesareusedinmanyapplicationstheuseofPBSMCisrelativenewandonlyafewapplicationscanbefound.Thisisduetothefactthatsuchapplicationsrequirepartswithahighwallthicknessandparticlefractionshigherthan70-vol%[6].Thesehighfillerfractionscausechangesinprocessingconditionsbe&not；cau&not；seofthechangeofphysicalpropertiesofthecompositelikeviscosityandthermalcon&not；duc&not；tivity[7,8].Althoughmanystudiesdealingwiththedescriptionofextrusionandinjectionmouldingpro&not；cessarepresentinliterature[7]noexperimentaldataofpreparationofPBSMCwithex&not；tremelyhighfillerfractionsbyextrusioncompoundingandinjectionsmouldingusingin&not；dus&not；trialscalemachinesareavailable.Hereafirststudyofthefeasibilityofthepreparationofextremelyhighfilledpolypropyl&not；eneispresented.
