Inthispaper,theinfluenceofprocessconditionondispersivemixingperformanceintworotorcontinuousmixerbynumericalmethodbeanalyzed.Dispersivemixingperformancewasquantifiedintermsofaverageshearstressesperweightandaveragemixingindexgeneratedintheflowfield.Withfeedquantityincrease,averageshearstressesperweightincreased,butmixingindexchangelittle；withrotationspeedincrease,averageshearstressesperweightincreased,mixingindexdecreased；withaxialpressuregradientincrease,bothaverageshearstressesperweightandmixingindexincreased.Inordertoprovethisresults,thecarbonblackandLDPEweremixedbythismachineindifferentprocesscondition.Theninfluenceofprocessconditiononthemaximumtensilestresses,resistance,SEMofcompositeofLDPE/CB.Thus,theinfluenceofprocessconditionondispersionmixingperformanceoftworotorcontinuousmixerbeanalyzed.Theexperimentalresultshaveprovedthecorrectnessoftheanalyzedbynumericalmethod.
