簡介：

Aspecialelectrospinningprocesswassuccessfullydevelopedforthepreparationofacyclovir-loadedPANnanofibermembraneinthepresentstudy.Anadditionalapparatusforadjustingthetemperatureofthespinningsolutionswasfittedontheglasssyringeforeasyspinningandgettingbetterperformanceofnanofibers.PANnanofibersandacyclovir-loadedPANnanofiberswerepreparedusingthisprocesswithDMSOassolvent.Thesurfacetopographiesoftheas-preparednanofibermembraneswereobservedusingpolarizationopticalmicroscope.Theresultsdemonstratedthatthenanofibersweremoreuniformwithverysmoothsurfacewhentheelectrospinningprocesswascarriedoutat80°C.However,thenanofiberswereconglutinatedtogethertoformfibermatswithapoorstructurewhenelectrospinningwasconductedatanormalambienttemperature.Electrospinningat80°Cwasabletoformdrug-loadednanofiberswithuniformstructureandwelldrugdistribution,whereaselectrospinningat60°CresultedinaphaseseparationduetothepoorsolubilityofacyclovirinDMSOatalowertemperature.Risingelectrospinningtemperaturefacilitatesthepreparationofdrug-loadednanofibers.
