Theenzymaticdegummingoframieisakindofenvironmental-friendlymethod.Comparedwiththechemicaldegumming,itshowstheadvantagesofimprovingthequalityofdegummedramie,loweringthepollutionoftheenvironmentandreducingenergyconsumption.Therefore,theenzymaticdegummingtechnologywillbeoneofthemaintendenciesinthedegummingoframie.Theeffectofcompoundenzymestreatmentonramiewasstudiedinthispaper.Onthebasisofthetestedpropertiesoftreatedramiefibers,suchasresidualgumcontent,fineness,tenacity,andtheCOD,SScontentsofthewastesolutionofdegumming.Thisarticlediscussedthefeasibilityofapplicationsofbio-chemicaltreatmentintheramiedegumming.Theresultsshowedthattheoptimumparametersofthebio-chemicaldegummingwere:compoundenzymesdosage3%(o.w.f),andthetreatmenttemperature55℃,3hours,pH=8.5,rotationof150rpm,followedbythechemicaltreatmentofsodiumhydroxide5g/Landhydrogenperoxide1.5g/L.Inadditiontothis,thebio-chemicaldegummingindicatedthattheprocessconditionsweremild,thefiberdamagewasslight,thequalityofdegummedramiewasimprovedandthepollutionoftheenvironmentwassignificantlyreduced.
